About Dashmetry

Description

Welcome to the challenge of controlling the sliding block in the game Dashmetry. Move your cube through the blocks and spikes that appear safely.

Game features

Dashmetry has many similarities with Geometry Dash but still has some clear differences. Dashmetry still retains the typical running and jumping gameplay of Geometry Dash, but in a more modern, gentle style and focuses on visual effects instead of extreme difficulty.

  • Block style: Geometry Dash uses retro pixel graphics, while Dashmetry follows a minimalist style with sharp geometry and smooth effects, creating a more modern feel.
  • Flexible tempo: Geometry Dash has a fixed running pace according to the music, while Dashmetry often feels more comfortable at the beginning of the level and then gradually increases the speed.
  • Visual experience: Dashmetry focuses on colors, lighting effects, and constantly changing geometric patterns.
  • Difficulty: Geometry Dash is famous for its super difficult levels, while Dashmetry is usually more balanced, suitable for both beginners and players who want a light challenge.

Variety of running and jumping: Dashmetry tends to change the movement style or perspective slightly between stages, creating a new feeling, instead of just maintaining a traditional horizontal running style.

How to play Dashmetry

This game is a challenge of reflex speed, so players need to know how to control and master the speed of the cube.

Control the sliding block

In Dashmetry, you control a geometric block that automatically moves through abstract running tracks. Your task is to jump at the right time to avoid obstacles and overcome broken terrain sections and sharp pillars.

Use the up arrow key or click the mouse to make the cube perform the jump phase. Players need to master the speed and the rhythm of the appearance of obstacles. The speed will gradually increase, making the difficulty increase over time, forcing you to concentrate highly and memorize the rhythm of each terrain section.

Dashmetry tips

Look 1–2 seconds ahead: Terrain appears quite quickly, so looking far ahead will help you prepare better for your combo jumps.

Keep a steady rhythm: The game often has a repeating pattern; tap to the rhythm instead of waiting until you are close to an obstacle to jump.

Jump short when needed, not always high: Many sections require a low jump to land on a narrow platform, avoid going too far.

Practice difficult sections: Dashmetry has a gradual increase in speed, so if you fail in a section, pay attention to the pattern of that section. Usually, you only need to remember 1–2 beats to pass.
