Upgrades in Wheelie Spooky

Controls and Wheelie Tips in Wheelie Spooky

To turn daring wheelies into record-breaking score combos, you’ll need to master the controls and learn how to balance your bike on its rear wheel—the essential key to keeping your run going indefinitely.

Keyboard controls

  • Accelerate and Wheelie: Right Arrow, D key, or Spacebar. Hold to move forward and lift the front wheel into the air.
  • Brake: Left Arrow or A key. Use this for sharp braking, which instantly lowers the front end if the bike tilts too far back.
  • Stand: Up Arrow or W key. Hold to have your character stand up or crouch on the seat—a unique move!
  • Trick: Down Arrow or S key. Perform stunts to rack up extra bonus points.

Keyboard tips

  • Stick to either the A, S, W, D keys or the Arrow keys. Assigning specific fingers to the acceleration, braking, and trick controls allows for much faster reaction times compared to using a mouse. Pulse-braking. Don’t wait until the rear of your vehicle is about to scrape the ground before braking. Instead, repeatedly tap the brake to proactively control your tilt angle when navigating steep, challenging slopes.
  • Timing your tricks: Only perform stunts on flat sections of the track to maximize your score without compromising your balance.
