Wave Rider is a first-person surfboard game with incredibly dramatic obstacle avoidance. Skillfully maneuver your surfboard to avoid colliding with anything!

Wave Rider offers a similar sense of speed and quick reflexes to Snow Rider 3D, as both require players to constantly dodge obstacles to go as far as possible in a constantly moving environment.
This game has the following highlights:
The first-person perspective in Wave Rider creates a thrilling and dramatic feeling, making you feel like you're actually on a surfboard in the middle of the ocean. Obstacles appear directly in front of you, forcing players to observe quickly and navigate accurately to avoid collisions. This perspective makes each surf move more vivid, providing a strong sense of immersion and increasing tension throughout the movement.
The game opens with a beautiful ocean scene with clear blue water and sky. The lighting in the game is quite vibrant with a blue sky, lush green trees, and prominent brown coconut tree trunks. Overall, it feels like a fun tropical island, not overly realistic but perfectly suited to the fast-paced arcade gameplay.
You control the surfboard to move across the water and avoid obstacles such as coconut tree stumps, rocky outcrops, floating buoys, etc. Press the left or right arrow keys to steer the surfboard as you wish. If the surfboard collides head-on with anything, it will break and the game will end immediately.
Along the way, there are many seashells, inside which are glowing stars. You can collect them to unlock new content. However, note that when you see many obstacles in a row, prioritize safe avoidance instead of trying to collect stars.
Always keep the surfboard in the middle of the path to easily change direction when encountering unexpected obstacles. Don't constantly move from side to side unless absolutely necessary, as this can easily cause you to lose control.
Observe from a distance to anticipate the gaps between obstacles. This allows you to proactively adjust early and avoid sudden maneuvers that could easily lead to collisions.
